I'm a sporty gal who is always trying to do the healthy thing, but I love carbs, my Mike and Ikes, and a good New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. I am not a health expert by any means ... but like everything else I have tested, researched a ton and learned what does and does not work.

So I am just sharing with you things that I have learned over the years work for me!  I am trying to be kinder to myself and learn that my pant size shouldn't be everything. I am also trying to make sure that I set a good example for my 14 year old daughter and teach her that strong is more important than skinny! 

Hopefully you will find a few nuggets that help you feel like the best version of yourself and realize that we are all a work in progress and appreciate every little step that we take.
